Tmax: 30-90 minutes
Half-life: 20-48 hours, metabolite N-desmethyldiazepam 42-100 h
Contra-indications: myasthenia gravis, respiratory and hepatic failure, sleep apnea
Not to be used alone in depression or in psychotic illness

NL: Tablets 2, 5 and 10 mg
Rectal tubes: 2 mg/ml and 4 mg/ml (both 2.5 ml)
Injection: 5 mg/ml, 2 ml amp

UK: CD4-1
Tablets: 2 and 5 and 10 mg
Oral solution: 2 mg / 5 ml and 5mg/5ml
Injection: 5 mg/ml, 2 ml amp
